Book my 60-minute sessionOpen Google Calendar, choose an available appointment and answer the five founder questions. Sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2–5 p.m. Nairobi time, with busy slots excluded.
You’ll receive a Calendar invitation with Google Meet details. Keep that invitation for your appointment and any changes.
Choose a session timeStart your Value Creation Plan: describe the future you want, record where your business stands today and choose one challenge for the session. The three written guides use a fictional example. Save your own editable copy and keep building on it as you learn.
You can start preparing now. Completing the entire course is not a requirement for your private session.
